Top 40 promotional advertising distributor Newton Manufacturing has announced that Dan Livengood and Kevin Peska have accepted new positions within the company’s sales management team.

Livengood moves from senior sales manager, western region to senior sales manager of business and professional development. In his new role, the three time Pyramid Award winner will support Newton’s sales partners with business expansion and professional development. He will also be driving opportunities through Newton’s internal advertising agency, the Creative Resource Group.

“Dan is an incredibly creative and talented individual and aligning him in this manner will support our overall growth,” said Jay Donlin, Newton’s executive vice president of sales and marketing.

Peska will be transitioning into the senior sales manager, western region position vacated by Livengood. He will play a vital role within Newton’s sales leadership team and will be instrumental in supporting the company’s sales partners and customer retention specialists in the western region.

“There are few people in our industry that have the depth of knowledge and experience that Kevin has and we are very excited about his transition to this new role,” Donlin said of Peska.

Donlin added that these moves will allow the company to leverage their strengths and key resources. The changes will focus on Newton’s strategies for expansion and provides the level of support needed to sustain their existing business.
