I may have made one of the best discoveries in the promotional products industry…Newton Manufacturing.
Before you roll your eyes and dismiss this post as a shameless plug, let me explain. Up until a few weeks ago, I was outsider like you. I had heard of Newton Manufacturing and had several preconceived ideas of who they were. When the opportunity to join Newton as Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing, I was a little hesitant because of what I “knew” about them. After close evaluation, Newton has dissolved those preconceived notions about their potential and exceeded my expectations.
The closer for me was what Newton is doing in the area recognition, which is area that I have extensive experience. Their proprietary program, Merge 9i, is unlike anything in the industry today. It’s an exciting product with impressive potential.
Since joining Newton as I’ve been on a crash course on the company – the capabilities, the resources, and, of course, the people. From what I’ve seen, there is incredible value here for anyone associated with promotional products – customers, sales representatives, and suppliers. Anyone looking for a partner to increase their brand awareness, sales performance or financial wellness as a company should strongly consider aligning themselves with Newton.
I am truly grateful to be associated with a company that has had such a longstanding history of success and tradition of excellence. I am excited to be part of Newton Manufacturing’s next 100 years, which is way more than I expected.

That's reassuring to hear. Thanks for sharing that and for your blog. This is the first time I've got on a blog and responded also.
One question. What's "Merge 9i"? Please advise.
Also, welcome aboard! I've been with Newton since June of 1983.

I have had the privilege of being associated with Newton Mfg. Co. for 23 years. The level of integrity and respect with which they deal with myself and my customers has reinforced my sense of loyalty. Additionally, as you have the opportunity to meet with the sales force, you will find that a strong bond of friendship has developed among many of us over the years as we have been together on incentive trips, national shows and visits to the home office. In many cases, that bond has extended to the people in the home office whom we have come to consider "friends" as well as business partners. I look forward to meeting with you when we all celebrate Newton's 100th Anniversary in September.

AGREED Awards & Recognition is SOOOO important..... and of course if you need any images to add onto your awards section on your website I would be HAPPY to supply all of Winning Edge, Inc. images (shameless plug I know :)
