The photo stream above documents the different things I’ve created from my sample of Promo Blocks from the Imagery Group. As a huge fan on the name brand toy that these resemble, I had to order a sample for myself.
This sample has a prominent spot on my desk. But, as you can see, it doesn’t just sit there. I’m compelled to play with it. And that is the intent of this particular item. It’s not supposed to sit there and look pretty.
Ladies and gentleman, behold the power of promotional products and specifically ones that find a home on the desktop or workspace. A creative, relevant, fun and/or useful item leaves multiple impressions because the recipient is drawn to it.
How many times do you think the logo was impressed upon my subconscious each time I tinkered with it? It’s at least nine - one for each configuration that you see above. The Promo Blocks are effectively building the brand.
A desk or other workspace is a very personal area that people spend a lot of time in. Placing your promotional product, whether fun or functional, in this space is bound to garner several impressions throughout the day. And do it at a lower cost per impression too.
And don’t get me started on calendars.
