The indicators are the backbone of our employee performance programs. These represent the priority tasks and performance benchmarks that have the highest immediate impact on your company's bottom line. We work with your management team to define important, financially beneficial indicators from your operational or strategic plans.
 
Each indicator is assigned a value based primarily on the potential for increasing revenue. Employees receive a monthly “Score Card” showing their individual performance in achieving these indicators and the resulting points awarded to their account.  These are mailed to their home providing a constant stream of communication to your workforce. 
 
Additional employee points are awarded for department, regional or corporate indicators as they are realized. These indicators can be altered or added throughout the program.
 
All Employees Are Motivated
All staff level employees and managers will be on the program.  Each employee will have equal opportunity to earn the same total point awards in the program.  All employees will receive the same program collateral material upon implementation of the program.
 
Performance Awards
At the beginning of your program, each employee will receive a customized Rewards Catalog and Program Guide. An Online version of your catalog will mirror this printed version. The program guide explains the parameters of the program, how to earn program points and how to redeem them for merchandise.
 
The catalog contains brand-name gifts, travel packages, sporting goods, etc. in a wide array of value ranges, grouped by number of points needed for redemption. Up to 13 different categories are available based on the scope of your program; it will be a comprehensive offering that will keep employees focused on earning points, thus increasing your revenue.
