Communicate Workplace Goals
Merge 9i distills your company-wide or departmental goals to workplace objectives specific to each employee. These goals, or “indicators”, represent a unique employee function or task, that when achieved, drives significant revenue to the bottom line. Indicators provide objective “yes” or “no” evaluations and focus on areas where current employee failures are creating the largest drain on income. This establishes a set of performance objectives that do not change week-by-week or with each new crisis, empowering employees to focus on those tasks that create the most value to the organization.
Each indicator is assigned a point value based primarily on the potential for increasing revenue. Employees receive a monthly scorecard showing their individual performance in achieving these indicators and the resulting points awarded to their account. Monthly online reporting gives a company-wide overview down to a single employee for each performance indicator on how each employee contributed to the bottom line. This consistent communication between management and employees on exactly what is important and what is expected fosters a dedicated and engaged workforce.
Each employee will have equal opportunity to earn the same point total in the program. Points earned are redeemable for premium merchandise, logo merchandise, or other rewards to positively reinforce the goals outlined by the indicators. We provide an on-line and printed catalog for employees outlining what is available for redemption. The participant redemption site provides overview of the program; point values for each indicator, current points earned, redeemed, and balance. There is a home page that also provides a way for your organization to provide communication to the participants about events, initiatives, etc.
