Orders

Q: What payment options are available?
A: You are able to process your order using a major credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express) or you may have your purchase billed to your account after giving bank information.

Q: Why is sales tax added to my order?
A: In accordance with state and local tax laws: we may be required to charge sales tax on your order.

Q: Are shipping charges added to my order?
A: Shipping charges will be added to your Newton Manufacturing Company invoices.

Q: What happens if a mistake is made on my order?
A: During the order process, you will be provided with an order acknowlegement for your review. This will include how your imprint will appear on your order. Please review your imprint copy proof carefully. Your order is in process as soon as it is placed, therefore, we are unable to allow for changes or corrections and/or cancellation.

Q: Can I add or delete items on my order if I change my mind?
A: Your order is in process as soon as it is placed, therefore, we are unable to allow for changes or corrections and/or cancellations. A new order would need to be placed for additional items.

Q: How do I send my artwork and what format does it need to be?
A: Click the Upload Artwork button for complete instructions.

Q: Are rush orders available?
A: Call us at 360-366-0393 or email us by going to this website and we will do everything possible to meet your deadlines. Rush charge and expedited air freight will be applicable.

Q: What are the Quick Ship Guidelines?
A:

  1. Order must specify "Quick Ship".
  2. Standard 1 color imprints only, unless otherwise specified.
  3. Must have vector-based EPS artwork.
  4. Order must be complete in all details.
  5. No special packaging.
  6. Published quantities only.
  7. Account must be in good standing.
  8. If proof is required, production time begins after proof approval.

Q: Are random samples available?
A: Random samples are available. Email us by going to this website or call us toll free at 360-366-0393 to place a sample order. Random samples and applicable freight will be invoiced.

Q: Can I receive a pre-production sample for approval prior to my order being placed into production?
A: A pre-production sample may be received for approval prior to your order being placed into production. It needs to be requested at the time an order is placed. Call us toll free at 360-366-0393 or email us by going to this website for applicable additional charges. Delivery time on your order would start at the time the pre-production sample is approved.

Q: How will I know whether or not my order has been placed?
A: We strongly encourage you to enter your email address when submitting your order so we may correspond with you in regards to your order and confirm your order has been received. Q: What do I do if I want to cancel my order?
A: Your order is in process as soon as it is placed, therefore, we are unable to cancel orders once submitted.

Q: Am I limited to the items shown in the catalog or can I customize my order?

An order can also be expedited by shipping via air carrier. This would need to be requested at the time an order is placed, and applicable rush charges would apply.

Q: Can I have my order shipped to multiple addresses?
A: Your order can be shipped to multiple addresses. The multiple addresses need to be entered at the time the order is placed and additional charges may apply.
